All items sold by Ms. Elaine At home are offered as handmade (by us and others), custom, boutique, and/or curated products. We reserve the right to update product pricing, descriptions, and availability at any time without notice.

🧾 Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full before processing. We accept approved payment methods as listed at checkout or provided during ordering.

Once an order is placed, it may not be canceled or changed unless approved by us.

✨ Handmade & Custom Item Disclaimer

Many of our items are handmade and may contain slight variations in color, size, or design. These variations are normal and make each item unique. Minor differences are not considered defects.

Custom or personalized items are made based on customer requests and may require additional processing time.

📦 Shipping & Processing

Orders are processed and shipped during business hours:

Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: Closed
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed

Shipping timeframes may vary depending on product availability, custom orders, and carrier delays.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

📍 Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details regarding damaged items, incorrect orders, or order issues.

Candles and soaps should be used responsibly. Always follow proper safety instructions.

We are not responsible for damages or injuries caused by improper use, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions.

Our candles are handcrafted and should be used with care. By purchasing and using our candles, you agree to follow all safety guidelines.

Candle Safety Instructions

• Never leave a burning candle unattended or while sleeping. 

• Keep candles away from children and pets.

• Always burn candles on a heat-safe, stable surface.

• Keep candles away from flammable items such as curtains, paper, bedding, and decorations.

• Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use to reduce soot and ensure a clean burn.

• Do not burn candles for more than 3–4 hours at a time.

• Allow the wax to cool completely before handling or moving the candle.

• Stop burning the candle when ½ inch of wax remains.

We are not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss caused by improper use, misuse, or failure to follow candle safety instructions.

By purchasing our candles, you assume all responsibility for safe use.

Soap Safety Disclaimer

Our soaps are handcrafted and made with a variety of ingredients that may contain known allergens. Ingredients may include, but are not limited to:

• Essential oils and fragrance oils

• Botanical herbs and extracts

• Milk, honey, or other natural additives

• Colorants and clays

Although we do our best to provide accurate ingredient information, customers are responsible for reviewing all ingredients before purchasing.
